We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to lead the successful execution of our cleaning projects. If you have a passion for team leadership and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, we want to connect with you!

Your Role:

As a Project Manager at Cleantec, you will oversee large-scale cleaning projects ranging from floor care (stripping and waxing), carpet cleaning, to window cleaning. You will lead a skilled team of cleaning professionals, manage schedules, ensure safety compliance, and deliver outstanding service to our clients. Enjoy the opportunity to work with diverse clients and take ownership of your projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cleaning projects ensuring they adhere to Cleantec's exceptional quality standards.
  • Manage and mentor cleaning teams, providing training, support, and motivation for peak performance.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules to guarantee timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and other safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Occasional travel required for project oversight and client meetings.
  • Maintain precise records of project progress, expenditures, and team performance.

Salary: $62,355 annually
