Project Manager - Change Management
Location: London
Contract Duration: 12 months
Rate: £600-£700 per day (inside IR35)
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex business and technology change initiatives, valued at multi-million pounds, within the Financial Services sector or for governmental/regulatory entities. Responsibilities include managing both staff and third-party stakeholders in a matrix environment, from project inception through to the achievement of exit criteria.
  • Proven track record in transforming business concepts into comprehensive project plans, facilitating multi-workstream delivery that aligns with strategic business outcomes.
  • Expertise in planning, executing, and controlling project delivery processes.
  • Skilled in leading teams through structural, procedural, and cultural transformations, securing buy-in for innovative operational methodologies.
  • Strong aptitude for building relationships with project sponsors, key executives, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  • Politically astute with the ability to navigate and reconcile conflicting strategies, priorities, and personalities, demonstrating resilience and tenacity to ensure project success while managing conflicts effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities, adept at identifying and managing dependencies, risks, and issues to secure successful project delivery.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing timely updates, sharing progress, and managing expectations.
  • Adept in utilizing influencing and negotiation techniques to achieve project goals.
