We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager specializing in Change Management to lead transformative projects within the Financial Services sector or for a government/regulatory body. In this role, you will be responsible for managing significant business and technology change initiatives, overseeing employees and third-party stakeholders in a matrix structure, from project inception to successful delivery and warranty exit.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing comprehensive project plans that translate business ideas into actionable initiatives across multiple workstreams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Planning and controlling project delivery timelines and ensuring milestones are met.
- Leading teams through structural, procedural, and cultural changes while fostering a commitment to innovative working practices.
- Building and nurturing relationships with sponsors, accountable executives, key business stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
- Navigating complex political landscapes, balancing conflicting strategies and priorities while exhibiting resilience and tenacity in ensuring successful project delivery.
- Utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicating effectively across all levels of the organization, providing timely updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Employing influencing and negotiating techniques to foster collaboration.
