We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate diverse projects within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Cross-Functional Projects:
- Plan and initiate projects involving one or multiple teams.
- Define project goals and timelines for effective execution tracking.
- Project Administration:
- Maintain calendars, task lists, status reports, and dashboards.
- Update documents, ensuring they are structured and accessible to teams.
- Administer Jira and Other Coordination Tools
- Monitor Project Progress:
- Regularly track task completion, identify blockers, and manage delays.
- Conduct weekly status updates and reporting for stakeholders.
- Forecast risks and escalate critical delays.
- Facilitate Team Collaboration:
- Organize and moderate meetings, planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support effective communication among all participants.
- Development Support:
- Ensure knowledge and practices remain current, conveying updates to respective teams and specialists.
