To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within Singapore's construction industry, particularly with main contractors.- Proven success in coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors and stakeholders, along with on-site resources.- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.- Strong communication and writing skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for creating and presenting schedules to clients.

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee our construction projects at fuku. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of various Addition & Alteration (A&A) and Building Works projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning to handover, ensuring that we meet our quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: $7,000 - $13,000, commensurate with experience.
- Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-related pay.
- Additional benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.

Office Location & Working Hours
- Location: Tai Seng, Singapore.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 12:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines and schedules.
- Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively address issues.
- Contract & Compliance: Ensure adherence to contract terms and regulatory requirements throughout the project.
- Quality Control: Oversee work quality to guarantee compliance with standards and regulations.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to management and clients regarding project status.
- Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and effectively manage the budget.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise.
- Project Handover: Ensure successful completion and proper documentation for project handover.
