DLR Group's Texas region is actively seeking talented Project Managers. Our firm specializes in diverse sectors, including K-12 Education, Higher Education, Workplace, Science + Technology, Justice + Civic, and Cultural + Performing Arts. We embrace a hybrid work model, promoting flexibility between office and remote work. This role can be based in Dallas.

Position Summary

As a Project Manager at DLR Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of one or more projects. This includes managing project teams, coordinating with external consultants, and ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and fees. You will uphold high standards of quality and design excellence throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring the project’s financial success remains on track and within budget.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage in business development by participating in RFQ, RFP, and interview processes.
  • Assist in negotiating service scopes, fees, and drafting agreements with clients and consultants.
  • Ensure precise input and updates of client and project information into project management systems.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and staffing, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, vendors, and consultants to fulfill client expectations for scope, quality, budget, and schedule.
  • Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring all submissions meet quality standards.
  • Communicate project status, identify necessary adjustments, and propose solutions for client-directed changes.
  • Provide leadership and performance feedback to team members.
