QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Renewable Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the construction industry with increasing responsibility. Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex projects or portfolios valued at over $20 million. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams of varying sizes, including both internal and external resources. Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Join CS Energy as a Project Manager, where you will lead dynamic project teams and collaborate closely with our Project Operations and Field Management teams. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing strong client relationships, fostering employee development, and ensuring the safe and efficient construction of high-quality, profitable projects delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the EHS team to finalize a comprehensive health and safety plan for each project.
  • Ensure adherence to EHS and Quality policies by the site team and subcontractors.
  • Oversee project budget management, conduct forecast reviews, and ensure all metrics are accurately reported alongside FP&A and executives. Manage client billings to secure milestone payments, handle change orders, and identify and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate Operations, Engineering, and Procurement meetings to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor actions on the Project Action List consistently.
  • Guarantee all equipment orders, engineering deliverables, and necessary subcontracts are completed in line with the CPM schedule and project milestones.
  • Direct production according to the self-perform work plan, making adjustments in consultation with Superintendents as necessary.
  • Manage EPC contracts with a focus on Force Majeure events, delay notifications, and schedule relief as needed.
  • Work alongside project controls to maintain project schedules that align with all EPC milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with all project permitting and regulatory requirements, including SWPPP, local permits, and specific AHJ town regulations.
  • Communicate schedule, cost, quality, and safety concerns to Management in a timely and clear manner.
  • Negotiate change orders to benefit the organization.
  • Develop and sustain healthy subcontractor relationships.
  • Cultivate a positive company culture on-site, coaching employees on improvements.
  • Assist Management and Business Development in advancing project pipelines through FMEA processes, contract signing, and project initiation.
  • Maintain client relationships through timely and effective communication.
  • Inspire the team by providing feedback, training, and mentorship to employees.
  • Assume project-level P&L responsibility.
  • Encourage a collaborative environment between the Project Team and all stakeholders.
  • Maintain an active on-site presence during construction phases.
