Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Project Feasibility Studies
- Perform in-depth feasibility assessments for both new and existing projects.
- Analyze project assumptions, costs, revenue streams, and overall financial viability.
- Prepare sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess project resilience under varying conditions.
- Manage Project Cash Flow & Sensitivity Analysis
- Create and maintain detailed cash flow models that reflect different scenarios and sensitivities.
- Provide forward-looking cash flow forecasts that align with business plans and funding needs.
- Business Planning & Financial Modeling
- Develop and oversee comprehensive business plans for projects across various stages of their lifecycle.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in models by linking assumptions to base data.
- Create integrated financial models (CF, IS, BS) for both project-level and entity-level reporting.
- Investment Returns & Banking Reports
- Prepare forward-looking financial statements and analyses related to investment returns.
- Assist in preparing project financing documentation for banks and investors.
- Evaluate project IRR, NPV, and payback periods for funding and board presentations.
- Budgeting & Variance Analysis
- Generate project budgets and monitor actual spending against approved budgets.
- Identify significant variances, provide actionable insights, and recommend corrective measures.
- Track Key Financial Metrics & Performance
- Monitor and report critical financial and operational metrics across all projects.
- Create dashboards that highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support management in strategic decision-making with insightful financial data.
