Your Key Challenges:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Project Engineer oversees projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met, work quality is maintained, and budgets are adhered to. Responsibilities include tracking tender submissions to select contractors, maintaining regular communication with clients, employees, and subcontractors for efficient information flow, participating in the drafting of specifications, researching and selecting suppliers and materials, and conducting preliminary studies as necessary. At the project's conclusion, the Engineer validates the implemented systems against projected outcomes.
Desired Profile:
Registered member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
Able to work effectively with both dispersed and grouped team members, as well as independently;
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
Fluency in French;
Demonstrates rigor and precision;
Possesses strong initiative;
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
