BESIX Watpac is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team for the upcoming phase of Adelaide Airport’s infrastructure enhancement initiative, known as Project Flight. In this role, you will:
- Champion safety by enforcing company safety policies and adhering to OH&S legislative requirements to maintain a secure work environment.
- Ensure alignment with the Company’s Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
- Facilitate and manage construction engineering tasks to guarantee projects comply with established plans, designs, and specifications.
- Interpret design documents for effective implementation into construction projects.
- Contribute to refinements of existing designs to enhance project outcomes.
- Organize and supervise the tendering process.
- Assist in the development of site construction budgets and reports.
- Monitor construction progress in relation to the project timeline and communicate updates to the site manager or project manager, including attending site meetings.
