As a Project Engineer II, you will be pivotal in coordinating and executing construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in project planning by developing comprehensive schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate timely material and service delivery.
  • Managing all project documentation, including revisions of drawings, requests for information (RFIs), change orders, and submittals.
  • Monitoring project progress and providing consistent updates to the project team and clients.
  • Conducting quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Project Engineer role within the construction sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • PMP certification is highly regarded.
