This position is perfect for a California licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with substantial experience who thrives in leading technical delivery, mentoring junior engineers, and engaging directly with clients. You will collaborate closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to execute site development projects, including grading, drainage, underground utilities, and grade separations, contributing to the development of infrastructure across the West Coast.

This position is part of the Engineering & Strategic Procurement department, where you will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to deliver optimized designs, engage in the negotiation and execution of essential contract documents, and support construction and commissioning efforts through thorough review and approval of commissioning test reports.
