In our Project Management Office (PMO) based in Berlin, you will support project leads in budget management for one of our significant infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate budget assessments, utilization, and cash flow planning. - Developing and monitoring the project budget in collaboration with project and sub-project leaders.
- Conducting quarterly forecasting processes (CAPEX for cash flow planning and ensuring budget transparency).
- Contributing to internal and external reports alongside cost analyses and evaluations.
- Assisting in the management and oversight of ordering and billing processes.
- Preparing, executing, and summarizing monthly status assessments with project leadership, in cooperation with scheduling and risk management.
- Participating in project management meetings and ad-hoc status discussions.
- Managing special tasks to support overall project leadership and the PMO.
