The National Mission Critical team is seeking a talented Mission Critical Project Architect.

Position Overview:

As a Project Architect at DLR Group, you will take the lead in managing all facets of project documentation and collaborate with project team members to ensure a high-quality output within the specified timeline for large-scale, complex projects including data centers, emergency call centers, and industrial facilities. Working within our integrated design teams, you'll contribute to creating spaces that enhance user experience. You will closely collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure project financial health, document quality, claim mitigation, team synergy, and effective communication. Furthermore, you will spearhead the various design disciplines to develop technical solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Possess a deep understanding and the capability to coordinate design disciplines in generating technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior staff in architectural practices.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of professional practice from conceptual design through to project completion.
  • Thrive in team settings while also being self-motivated and managing tasks independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit a high level of technical skill in producing architectural drawings.
  • Guide the project team to adhere to established practice standards.
  • Oversee design and technical development aspects of the project.
  • Engage directly with Project Managers, Designers, and Engineers in the initial project documentation development.
