Enterprise Analysis: Clarify business needs, define solution scope, and create compelling business cases. Elicitation: Explore, identify, and document business needs comprehensively. Requirements Analysis: Assess current states, analyze stakeholders' stated requirements, and elaborate on them to define business needs accurately. Solution Assessment and Validation: Evaluate alternatives to identify the best-fit solutions, recognize gaps, and suggest necessary adjustments. Assess deployed solutions to confirm they meet original needs effectively. Utilize Agile methodologies and principles to enhance project delivery, emphasizing continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Review and assess testing scenarios, test cases, and reports to ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective execution. Manage conflicts, issues, and changes to keep stakeholders and the project team aligned on solution scope while effectively communicating expectations. Facilitate collaboration and coordination between internal MAS teams and third-party teams as needed. Work closely with third-party vendors to monitor and assess progress on key delivery and payment milestones, ensuring compliance with service levels outlined in contractual agreements. Coordinate review and sign-off processes with internal MAS teams to ensure alignment. Perform tasks as assigned by the Program Manager/Program Directors.
