Essential Criteria:Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale, complex, or contentious projects, programmes, or portfolios. Strong knowledge and understanding of project delivery practices. Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and gain the confidence of senior project delivery leaders and sponsors across boundaries. A proven track record of successfully delivering major or complex projects and programmes. Desirable Criteria:Experience within the project delivery profession in central government. PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner certification. Management of Risk Practitioner certification. P3O Practitioner certification. Managing Successful Programmes Advanced Practitioner certification. APM Registered Project Professional designation. Participation in a Project Leadership Programme.

As an accomplished Programme Manager, you will oversee multiple interdependent, large-scale, complex, or contentious projects. Your responsibilities will include managing business change activities, establishing effective governance and assurance processes, monitoring progress, addressing risks and issues, and ensuring business readiness for change. This role demands expertise in applying programme management methodologies and techniques effectively. You will uphold the integrity and coherence of projects within the programme while demonstrating exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
