Responsibilities include:Design and configure curated private marketplace and programmatic guaranteed deals in Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), ensuring precise targeting, pricing, and inventory packaging. Collaborate with clients and partners to activate deals in their Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), offering technical guidance and troubleshooting support. Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet delivery, margin, and performance objectives. Serve as an expert on SSP platforms, remaining informed on features, workflows, and best practices. Work closely with Account Managers, Sales, and Ad Operations to synchronize backend execution with client goals. Enhance internal workflows, quality assurance processes, and reporting for operational excellence. Ideal candidates will possess:At least 1 year of experience in ad operations, programmatic campaign management, or SSP/DSP trafficking. A strong understanding of SSPs (e.g., Magnite, PubMatic, Xandr) and familiarity with DSP platforms (The Trade Desk, DV360, etc.). Proficiency in campaign trafficking, troubleshooting, and quality assurance; SQL or advanced analytics experience is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deals and campaigns concurrently. A technical mindset with a passion for ad tech infrastructure and problem-solving.
