Role Overview
The Programmatic Manager joins the Addressable Activation department as a hands-on expert in campaign execution and management. This position plays a central role in optimizing campaign performance and pacing for assigned brands. The manager adapts departmental processes to meet client needs and serves as a key contact for complex setups, optimization strategies, and platform-specific requirements.
What You Will Do
- Execute and manage programmatic campaigns across multiple buying platforms
- Optimize campaign performance and pacing to meet client objectives
- Adapt processes and workflows to address client-specific requirements
- Act as a main point of contact for complex campaign setups and troubleshooting
- Develop and implement platform-specific optimization strategies
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Lead and support team members as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive knowledge of client KPIs and buying platforms, including DV360, AdWords, The Trade Desk, Roku, Vistar, Facebook, and Snapchat
- Proven experience leading teams and managing campaign execution
- Strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients
