In-depth knowledge of online ad serving at a technical level. Expertise in campaign optimization and metrics communication. Familiarity with key industry concepts and trends. Strong presentation capabilities for both clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Your Role:

As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless campaign execution and optimal performance. You will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of campaign/activation projects to ensure alignment with KPIs (planning, monitoring, optimization).
  • Foster client account retention and growth through both managed service and programmatic activations.
  • Design and implement campaigns across mobile video and rich media tailored to client KPIs.
  • Drive additional spending during campaigns by leveraging performance data and analytics.
  • Provide first-level support and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders (internal & external), both verbally and in writing.
  • Conduct reporting and analysis, including post-campaign evaluations to maximize client outcomes.
  • Coordinate with third-party partners (e.g., DCM, IRI, 9D, MOAT, IAS) to meet campaign objectives.
