As a vital member of our team reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Client Services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining post-sales client relationships, with a focus on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and identifying account expansion opportunities. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and various cross-functional teams, you will work to maximize the return on investment (ROI) for our customers' campaigns. Moreover, this position will leverage your RTB/Programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns and devise innovative solutions that ensure client satisfaction with campaign performance.
 
StackAdapt operates as a Remote First company; however, we are prioritizing candidates located in the NYC/NJ area for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple verticals.
  • Develop tailored campaign strategies utilizing the StackAdapt platform.
  • Oversee client campaigns to ensure success by providing regular performance reports, strategic recommendations, and optimizations aligned with defined KPIs.
  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and troubleshooting pixel creation.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and enhance services through the development of tools, procedures, and reports aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and recommend new opportunities.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training sessions.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
