In the role of Program Research Associate, also referred to internally as a Curator, you will be integral to enhancing the findhelp SaaS platform by ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and inclusivity of the social services listed. Your daily activities will have a direct impact on lives across the nation seeking assistance. You will verify existing program data, research new resources, and respond to user inquiries, often requiring web exploration, phone calls, and email correspondence to collect vital information. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who possess a natural curiosity and are motivated by work that supports a greater mission.
