Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Program Operations Manager to spearhead the optimization of performance and outcomes across a selection of our most critical programs. In this role, you will convert program objectives and analytical insights into premium, accurately configured member interactions and interventions, continuously assessing, refining, and scaling successful strategies.
This position is integral to the Product organization and necessitates close collaboration with teams in Client Success, Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Health Informatics/Data Analytics. Your mission will be to transform our strategic program plans into real, quantifiable member experiences, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and repeatability.
Your Responsibilities
Program Performance & Outcomes Optimization (Your Metrics)
Lead the outcomes optimization for approximately 4-5 key programs, with success evaluated against predefined performance targets.
Track lifecycle performance and essential metrics including:
Medication adherence / PDC
Care gap closure rates
Healthcare utilization rates
