Team Lead of Program Integration & Operations

As the Team Lead for Program Integration & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing the execution backbone of our program management organization. Your leadership will guide a dynamic, high-impact team focused on program integration, configuration discipline, and clear planning as we scale our spacecraft design, manufacturing, and ground operations. This position combines strategic execution with team leadership, allowing you to spearhead high-impact initiatives while enhancing the team's capabilities and standards.

In a hybrid operational environment, you will navigate the fast-paced demands of commercial spacecraft development alongside the rigorous requirements of US Government programs. Your role will ensure that we implement the necessary structure to maintain agility where possible and uphold rigor where needed. As we expand our spacecraft production and operations, your focus on execution precision and speed will be crucial to our competitive advantage. You will influence how we transform engineering designs into reliable deliveries, ensuring alignment of our roadmap, resources, and commitments amidst growing complexity in both commercial and government programs. This position offers substantial ownership within the engineering department and the chance to establish robust operating mechanisms that significantly enhance delivery outcomes.
