Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
5+ years of experience in manufacturing as a Program/Project Manager
Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain management
Experience in coaching, developing, and managing sales teams
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
