As a Program Manager within Archer’s Structural Integrity division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating activities among various Structural Integrity teams—specifically, Loads and Dynamics, Structural Analysis/FEA, and Structural Validation/Test—while collaborating with external product development and design teams. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with Archer's Engineering, Program Management, and supplier or customer teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain robust relationships across Archer teams, including both internal and external suppliers and customers to enhance the overall customer experience and strengthen partnerships.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Structural Integrity, Engineering, Program Management, and Supply Chain regarding project deliverables, challenges, and resolutions, escalating issues to commercial or technical partners as necessary.
- Take charge of managing schedules and technical performance aligned with program requirements for your designated areas of responsibility, collaborating closely with Engineering Directors and Work Package Managers.
- Lead a cross-functional team to execute complex development programs efficiently, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget constraints.
- Create and manage task-based schedules, facilitate program kickoff and gate meetings, and monitor milestone progress against the program management plan.
- Identify and address program risks, issues, and opportunities, driving them to resolution.
- Proactively identify challenges, propose solutions, and facilitate recovery plans to ensure program success.
