Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Program Ownership Develop and refine the Sales Enablement Charter in alignment with enterprise go-to-market (GTM) priorities. Oversee onboarding, ongoing training, and role-specific enablement for: Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) Support for Sales Engineers (SEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) Collaborate with Sales Leadership to synchronize enablement efforts with pipeline risks, deal stages, and expansion initiatives. Content & Delivery Create or coordinate the development of: Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)-aligned messaging, talk tracks, and discovery guides. Enterprise use-case scenarios and supporting assets for deals. Manage the taxonomy and governance of the Sales Enablement platform and provide guidance on usage. Facilitate live and virtual training sessions (boot camps, workshops, Sales Kick-off sessions).
