About this Role

The Program Manager will serve as an essential partner within Faire’s Revenue organization, enhancing the effectiveness of our processes, systems, and cross-functional execution. This role involves close collaboration with Retailer Sales leaders, Strategy & Analytics, Revenue Systems, and Enablement to ensure we prioritize high-value customers and empower our teams for seamless execution.

As a Program Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating business needs into clear requirements for Revenue Systems and other partners to act upon.
  • Collaborating with Revenue Management to prioritize initiatives, working with Strategy & Analytics to define strategies, and partnering with Enablement to facilitate clear communication and adoption.
  • Ensuring that individual contributors within Revenue are equipped with the necessary tools, workflows, and support to operate both efficiently and effectively.
  • Creating quarterly initiative roadmaps with a focus on long-term objectives.

What You’ll Do

Program Strategy

  • Provide Global Program Management Support for the Retailer Sales Functions at Faire.

Example: Assess and drive impact by measuring adoption and conversion improvements linked to related programs and projects.

Systems & Processes

  • Establish and enhance processes for Revenue Systems to streamline operations.
