This Program Manager role in Private Banking is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and centers on enhancing the value proposition for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (U-HNI). The position involves leading key initiatives and strengthening client offerings within a major financial institution.

Role Overview

  • Drive improvements to the Private Banking client experience, supporting client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth.
  • Manage the YES PRIVATE Program, including strategic partnerships, concierge services, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, curate lifestyle event calendars, and establish comprehensive marketing and communications strategies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee program initiatives and maintain competitive benchmarking trackers.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, pitchbooks, and handbooks.
  • Monitor Customer Value Proposition (CVP) enablers and event monetization from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Prepare training content for frontline staff and presentations for senior management.
  • Handle vendor payment processing and maintain accurate records.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Work closely with teams across marketing, legal, compliance, wealth management, cards, and liability products to deliver on strategic projects.
  • Deliver training to frontline staff on program initiatives and updates.

Risk and Compliance

  • Model exemplary conduct in line with the group’s code of conduct.
  • Maintain strong governance practices and proactively communicate potential risks to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Understand and manage regulatory and legal frameworks related to banking and investment products.
  • Identify and address risks associated with program products and processes, ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong execution skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
  • Understanding of U-HNI consumer behavior.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial awareness and sound business judgment.
