The Program Manager is essential in spearheading the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of various projects within the organization. This pivotal role guarantees adherence to governance protocols, timely project delivery, and effective communication channels with both internal teams and external clients. The Program Manager serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, delivering consistent updates on progress, risks, and key milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Governance & Planning: Define project scope, deliverables, and create an integrated master plan with clear milestones and success metrics.
  • Establish a governance schedule that includes status reviews and risk forums while maintaining consolidated dashboards.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring open and transparent communication.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Execution Management: Coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure timely completion and address interdependencies effectively.
  • Foster collaboration across various functional units, including Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Legal.
  • Oversee facility readiness, refurbishments, and operational rollouts.
  • Risk, Compliance & Quality: Maintain a proactive risk register and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure completion of ISO documentation and readiness for audits.
  • Collaborate with project managers to review work quality and ensure projects adhere to standards and timelines, particularly ISO compliance.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Plan and monitor program budgets against actual expenditures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors, capture feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage all external contracts with third-party vendors and subcontractors.
  • Define and execute standard reports and dashboards for senior management, including custom reports unique to specific projects.
  • Encourage innovative thinking within the team while supporting their professional growth.
