Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain robust relationships within Archer and with our suppliers to lead a multidisciplinary team in executing complex development programs on schedule and within budget. Serve as the primary program leader for relevant Program Gates and Milestones (such as CoDR, PDR, CDR, PRR). Define, initiate, and steer critical technical and business initiatives to secure overall program success, while creatively addressing a range of aircraft program challenges. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities in partnership with functional leads and Program Managers. Proactively identify problems, propose solutions, and implement recovery plans to ensure project objectives are met.

As the Program Manager for Aircraft Integration, you will oversee the performance and delivery of our integrated aircraft vehicles. This role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Software, Quality, and Testing, to ensure the successful execution of our eVTOL aircraft program.
