Requirements:5+ years of experience in program or project management, successfully delivering multi-workstream initiatives with measurable outcomes.5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including executive-level communication and expectation management. Proven track record of managing delivery from contract/SOW through to project kickoff, execution, and closeout. Strong foundational skills in project planning, risk management, change control, and budget/cost management. Demonstrated ability to lead productive meetings and operational rhythms (weekly updates, steering committees, working sessions) that drive decision-making and execution. Excellent written communication skills, including crafting clear status updates, meeting notes, action plans, and documentation.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager who thrives in transforming intricate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate the translation of architectural frameworks and innovative ideas into coordinated project execution, ensuring that progress is made thoughtfully while maintaining team alignment.

As a Program Manager, you won't merely enforce deadlines; you will guide teams in identifying bottlenecks, proactively surface risks, and enhance our planning and delivery systems to ensure impactful work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle from signed SOW to project kickoff, execution, and closure, including project charter development, success metrics establishment, milestone tracking, and operational cadence management.
  • Manage day-to-day customer relationships, including stakeholder mapping, executive communications, expectation management, escalation processes, and fostering trust during transitions.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive project management system, including an integrated project plan, RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), decision log, and change control processes.
  • Monitor scope, budget, and delivery performance, including forecasting, cost management, tracking burn rates, change orders, and making informed tradeoff decisions.
  • Facilitate high-quality meetings with customers and internal teams, ensuring clear agendas, effective facilitation, thorough notes, defined action items, and follow-ups to capture and execute decisions.
  • Coach and empower the delivery team by clarifying roles and responsibilities, removing obstacles, enhancing execution habits, and elevating the standards for planning and communication.
  • Track engagement health and delivery quality by monitoring progress, identifying early warning signals, and implementing corrective actions to prevent timeline or relationship deterioration.
