Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c).
Certifications: Candidates are required to hold either a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or a Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience: At least 15 years of proven experience in Information Technology support, specifically in roles such as Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager.

Position Overview:

PingWind is on the lookout for a dynamic Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of intricate IT projects tailored for the government sector. This pivotal role entails collaborating with diverse stakeholders, ensuring adherence to governmental regulations, and efficiently managing project resources to fulfill contractual commitments. The ideal candidate will come equipped with substantial program management experience, a robust grasp of government contracting procedures, and a solid technical foundation in IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan, organize, and coordinate the entire project lifecycle for technology infrastructure, which encompasses server, mainframe, storage, database, and network technology management.
• Oversee projects from initiation through to implementation, covering phases such as planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closure.
• Define project requirements, set priorities, and establish deadlines.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Identify project needs and secure the necessary resources for project success.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline needs and delineate major tasks and milestones based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel.
• Ensure the agreed project scope is adhered to and deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges, enhancing development speed and achieving business objectives.
• Conduct technological research by analyzing organizational goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. Lead the creation of solution roadmaps that reflect the overarching vision, execute the solution, and ensure quality standards are met.
