Key Responsibilities:Lead product development and program planning across departments, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation strategies, and estimations to ensure predictable delivery. Quickly analyze large datasets to identify complex patterns and relationships, leading to practical solutions for real business challenges. Proactively anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and navigate trade-offs effectively. Identify unstructured problems and foster technical and operational improvements, along with business strategies and technical solutions across teams. Provide technical insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams to surface dependencies, risks, mitigation plans, and refine estimations. Work closely with various departments to drive iterative process improvements. Utilize tools and processes to enhance productivity in alignment with program objectives. Communicate successes, schedules, priorities, issues, and overall program health to stakeholders at all levels within the company.
