About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Program Manager with a proven track record in leading SaaS and consulting projects, managing multiple concurrent initiatives, and delivering data-driven solutions that enhance client operations and generate measurable business outcomes as we launch our next-generation platform.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual eager to be at the forefront of the AI movement aimed at improving humanity. As the Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with our VP of Consulting to drive execution excellence across a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering tangible results.
In this dynamic role, you will lead teams responsible for:
- Program & Portfolio Management - Overseeing a portfolio of concurrent insurance-focused projects (e.g., CRM implementations, data integrations, commission systems, agent portals).
- Client Engagement - Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
