Program Intern Overview
The Program Intern will support BEAM Circular’s work by helping with community outreach, innovation projects, and business development. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in sustainability initiatives, event coordination, and teamwork within a mission-focused organization.
Key responsibilities include assisting with event planning and logistics, managing project data and reporting tools, and designing outreach materials. The intern will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth project execution from planning through follow-up, providing both creative and administrative support to engage community members, partners, and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and running events, from developing concepts to post-event evaluation.
- Support data management and project reporting to inform organizational decisions.
- Participate in community outreach and local events to build connections with stakeholders.
- Create flyers, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Contribute to business development and innovation projects through cross-functional teamwork.
- Adapt to changing priorities and collaborate on a variety of projects in a mission-driven setting.
Team Collaboration and Requirements
- This role may involve driving for company business. A valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
- Follow all BEAM Circular policies and procedures, including safety and ethical standards.
