Qualifications

Qualifications:3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or program management. Possession of DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+ certification). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with project control at NIWC is a plus. Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial management. Familiarity with DoD/Navy financial processes and tools, such as CSPT. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders and organizations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ownership and meticulous attention to detail. Capability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights for leadership. Must be a U. S. citizen.

Sigma Defense is on the lookout for a talented Program Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting the UCA C4I IPT. In this capacity, you will lead the financial planning, execution, and oversight of the MQ-25 C4I integration and sustainment initiatives. Your expertise will provide essential financial insights, ensuring that resources are effectively aligned with program priorities, timelines, and acquisition goals.

This role is positioned at the convergence of program management, financial execution, and acquisition coordination, enabling you to deliver precise forecasting, rigorous budget management, and transparent reporting across various SYSCOMs and program offices. This opportunity will provide you with direct exposure to IPT-level decision-making processes and serves as a robust pathway toward future Program Management positions.
