About the Role:
We invite you to join us as a Professional Services Operations Manager, a critical position aimed at scaling our Services division and fostering operational excellence through strategic program execution, system improvements, and comprehensive reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the operational backbone for essential Professional Services programs, encompassing monetization initiatives, investment management, and tracking customer outcomes.
Enhance team productivity by streamlining workflows, minimizing manual processes, and improving overall efficiency.
Implement automation and AI solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks, allowing for more focus on customer engagement.
Work collaboratively with Salesforce administrators to optimize and scale Professional Services systems.
Support and refine core administrative operations, including month-end procedures, expense management, revenue tracking, forecasting, partner costs, and ROI analysis.
Maintain and enhance our reporting suite to provide PS leadership with accurate, real-time insights into expenditures, forecasts, performance metrics, and customer outcomes.
Collaborate with Finance and RevOps to align Professional Services financial planning and reporting with broader organizational objectives.
Conduct in-depth analyses of margins, revenue, costs, program performance, and customer trends, delivering timely insights for leadership decision-making.
Act as the primary resource for all inquiries related to PS systems, processes, and analytics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a Professional Services context.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective partnerships across departments.
Experience with Salesforce and other PS systems is a plus.
A passion for optimizing processes and enhancing the customer experience.
