REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in aerospace, electronics, or medical sectors) with a focus on mechanical and/or electrical assembly. Proficient in using standard hand tools and power tools, including pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, micrometers, calipers, indicators, pressure gauges, multimeters, and specialized testing equipment. Competent with computer applications (including standard web browsers and word processing software). Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions accurately. Adaptability to quickly shift roles and responsibilities as needed.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our fast-growing team in Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you will be pivotal in assembling and integrating mechanical and electrical components. If you thrive in a dynamic team environment and possess a keen eye for detail, this position is tailored for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions to build products or systems.
  • Utilize various hand and power tools for component assembly.
  • Integrate multiple subsystems or components into a cohesive, functioning system.
  • Ensure proper communication and compatibility between integrated components.
  • Maintain meticulous records of assembly processes, testing outcomes, and any issues encountered.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Availability for overtime and weekend shifts as required.
