Qualifications
Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred. Possession of a valid New York State Driver's License with a clean driving record. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player. Exhibit good judgment, adaptability, and tact in various situations. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. Strong problem-solving skills. Maintain a positive and constructive demeanor. Attention to detail is crucial. Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide and receive instructions clearly. Physical Requirements:Must be able to sit for extended periods, as well as stand, squat, stoop, and bend, with frequent handling and grasping tasks that require repetitive motion and coordination between hands and eyes.

As a vital member of our production team, you will play a key role in the assembly of various sized parts, ensuring that each component is fitted, adjusted, inspected, and/or repaired to meet our high-quality standards. This position involves a range of tasks, from simple, repetitive activities to more complex assignments as you gain experience and skill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble diverse parts with precision and care.
- Uphold stringent quality standards for all assigned products.
- Follow established methods and procedures to execute task assignments accurately.
- Engage in printing, counting, measuring, weighing, and hand finishing tasks.
- Utilize tape guns and various hand tools effectively.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, maintaining awareness of Corporate Compliance Policies and the Code of Conduct.
