Responsibilities include:Product Strategy & Roadmap:Define and implement the antibody application strategy by identifying key workflows and unmet customer needs. Develop and justify business cases for investments through market analysis, competitive positioning, and ROI modeling. Create a sequenced roadmap to drive productization of antibody-relevant workflows. Advocate for market-fit, pricing models, and strategies to scale adoption. Go-to-Market & Commercialization:Work collaboratively with commercial and marketing teams to launch and scale antibody-focused solutions. Assist in market messaging, product positioning, and customer segmentation. Facilitate the transition from pilot to revenue through collaborations, validated use cases, and scalable offerings. Customer & Market Insights:Lead thorough and ongoing market research and voice-of-customer programs (surveys, in-depth interviews, advisory boards) to identify unmet needs in protein science. Translate these insights into prioritized feature investments and robust business cases that inform the product roadmap. Engage extensively with customers in the field to gain an understanding of their challenges and needs.

Our cutting-edge eProtein Discovery™ benchtop system enhances the optimization of protein expression and purification in research laboratories.

We are looking for a strategic and proactive Product Strategy Manager - Antibody Applications to lead the roadmap for antibody applications on our eProtein Discovery system. In this pivotal role, you will drive adoption among antibody discovery and reagent developers by effectively translating market demands into a distinctive product strategy, offerings, and go-to-market plans. As the antibody domain expert within our product organization, you will collaborate closely with R&D, commercial, and customer-facing teams to foster growth in this essential application area. You will be responsible for the overall success of the antibody applications segment, including defining the roadmap, assessing commercial performance, and developing lifecycle strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep background in antibody science paired with proven commercial experience, fully understanding the pain points, challenges, and opportunities in antibody discovery workflows. You should excel at transforming in-depth domain knowledge and customer feedback into compelling product strategies that enhance the adoption and success of Nuclera’s eProtein Discovery System.

This role requires approximately 20% travel, including both domestic and international trips for customer meetings, industry events, and visits to Nuclera offices as needed.
