The Product Solutions Architecture (PSA) team at Datadog serves as a technical catalyst, empowering our organization and enhancing customer success. As domain experts, PSAs collaborate with Field teams on intricate customer use cases throughout pre- and post-sales engagement, amplifying their influence by generating reusable materials such as reference architectures, technical guides, and enablement assets. By relaying valuable customer insights to our Product teams, PSAs play a crucial role in shaping product roadmaps while fostering increased adoption and long-term customer satisfaction.
Datadog’s LLM Observability product offers organizations the ability to effectively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize large-scale LLM-driven applications with confidence, all while adhering to data privacy, compliance, and cost management requirements. As a Product Solutions Architect, you will work closely with Datadog customers and the LLM Observability product team to design robust architectures, implement best practices, and drive the adoption of LLM observability in customer environments.
