Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Inspire and cultivate a high-performing team of product security engineers, promoting a culture of excellence, psychological safety, and ongoing development. Secure SDLC Management: Oversee and enhance our secure development lifecycle, leading initiatives that 'shift-left' across architecture reviews, threat modeling, SAST/DAST, continuous end-to-end testing, and advanced fuzzing. Security Foundations Architecture: Design and implement a Security Foundations program aimed at secure-by-default engineering, systematically addressing entire classes of vulnerabilities through paved roads and developer guardrails. FedRAMP Program Leadership: Manage the security roadmap and daily operations of our FedRAMP program. Experience & LeadershipExtensive Technical Expertise: Minimum of 7 years in cybersecurity, focusing on Product Security, Application Security, or related fields.
