This role supports the safety and security of our property, vehicles, and people across a busy, high-traffic site. Ensure that Call Center and Customer Service performance satisfies both client and business requirements. Collaborate across departments to effectively manage and configure the Workforce Management platform, tracking and reporting on call center statistics such as volume, FTE, schedule adherence, and service level achievement. Drive continuous improvement in forecasting and scheduling across all contact channels. Analyze service level opportunities and forecast variances, implementing action plans to enhance operational performance. Formulate contingency plans, direct activities during problem resolution, and provide insights for future process improvements during post-resolution analyses. Possess a working knowledge of outbound dialers. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or customer service within the B2C sector. Extensive knowledge of Contact Center operations and systems, including Genesys, Salesforce Clouds (Lightning, Service), Voice Portal, and IVR technologies.
