Put in place scalable systems, metrics, and best practices that facilitate high-growth execution. Possess a working knowledge of outbound dialers. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or customer service within the B2C sector. Extensive knowledge of Contact Center operations and systems, including Genesys, Salesforce Clouds (Lightning, Service), Voice Portal, and IVR technologies.
