About the job

Role overview

Ebury is hiring a Product Manager to lead Treasury Systems in Madrid. This hybrid position requires four days per week in the office and one day working from home. The focus is on managing and improving the Treasury Management System (currently FIS Quantum) to support the company’s global liquidity and financial visibility.

The Product Manager will work with engineering, treasury, finance, and external vendors to ensure the Treasury team has reliable tools for cash management, forecasting, and risk valuation.

What you will do

  • Roadmap development: Build a strong understanding of Ebury’s transactional flows, including FX trades (client and hedging), cash allocations, and reconciled payments. Use this knowledge to ensure data accuracy within the Treasury Management System.
  • Cash management optimization: Create features that provide real-time cash visibility across all bank accounts and improve forecasting using trade maturities, cash sweeps, and third-party settlements.
  • Banking reconciliation oversight: Ensure the system captures every bank account balance, explains discrepancies, and reconciles expected cash flows from trades and payments.
  • Market data management: Oversee integration of market data feeds, such as valuation rates and interest curves, to support accurate Mark-to-Market (MtM) valuations for open transactions.
  • System evolution leadership: Assess the current FIS Quantum setup, identify gaps, and lead the development of in-house features or strategic analysis for potential system replacement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business to align and advance Treasury initiatives.

Location and work model

This role is based in Madrid. The hybrid schedule includes four days onsite and one day remote each week.
