Role Overview

The Product Manager - Money Flows will focus on improving Ebury’s platform for international money transfers. This role centers on expanding access to different currencies and financial corridors, helping SMEs operate globally. The position is based in Madrid and follows a hybrid schedule: four days in the office, one day remote each week.

This role involves shaping the vision and strategy for a specific area within Money Flows, from initial concept through to launch and ongoing improvements.

What You Will Do

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Lead a key product area within Money Flows, managing it from idea to delivery.
  • Balance long-term goals with new feature development, technical improvements, and exploring new opportunities.
  • Analyze the market and competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in your product domain.

Execution & Delivery

  • Own the product backlog for your area, focusing on meeting clear success metrics.
  • Translate regulatory changes into practical guidelines for money flows.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and act as a key stakeholder throughout the process.
  • Ensure projects move through the full development lifecycle on time and to a high standard.
  • Apply knowledge of networks and payment schemes, including SWIFT, SEPA, and FPS APIs.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in Madrid. The hybrid schedule requires four days per week in the office and one day remote.
