About the Role

As a Product Manager on Hinge Health’s Intelligent Care team, you will take charge of the complete member experience with our hybrid care assistant powered by LLM technology. Your mission will be to enhance the accessibility and quality of musculoskeletal (MSK) care for our members, ensuring they receive timely and effective support. You will be responsible for the product strategy, safety, and performance of the conversational interactions, ensuring that the assistant provides clinically sound guidance and escalates to our Care Team when necessary.

This role requires collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Clinical, Legal, Compliance, Applied Science, and fellow Product Managers. We also provide complimentary breakfast and lunch for onsite team members. Your contributions will directly influence member satisfaction, enhance engagement and retention, reduce the workload on our care team, and support our overarching strategy for intelligent and scalable care delivery.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Establish clear benchmarks and evaluation frameworks for engagement, conversational success rates, and workload reduction for the care team.
  • Implement significant improvements to the care assistant that positively impact key performance indicators (KPIs), including new use cases and enhanced conversation flows.
  • Increase member engagement through the personalized delivery of timely, high-quality guidance.
  • Reduce the workload on the Care Team by increasing the proportion of member needs met effectively through hybrid automation.
  • Enhance conversational performance through ongoing iteration on prompts, workflows, escalation logic, and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to extend the assistant's capabilities into additional product areas, broadening our impact on member needs.
