About the Role
At Hinge Health, we are on a mission to revolutionize our Commercial operations through the innovative Commercial Catalyst program. This initiative focuses on automating Client Success (CS) workflows, enhancing our Commercial data infrastructure, and establishing a robust buyer-facing portal experience. We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to spearhead this cross-functional project, aiming to deliver significant time savings and quality enhancements throughout the CS lifecycle while creating a scalable client access point.
What You'll Achieve
Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for automating CS workflows and improving data systems across the Commercial lifecycle, translating insights into phased product implementations with measurable results.
Translate operational challenges into clear product requirements (PRDs), pilot projects, and iterative launches that minimize manual tasks and boost client retention.
Drive discovery sessions with CS, Implementation, and R&D to standardize metrics, templates, and playbooks for automation, measurement, and ongoing enhancement.
Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to implement dependable integrations and automation across key Commercial systems (e.g., CRM, communications, scheduling, analytics), ensuring observability and resilience.
Establish and uphold data contracts and operational standards that enable workflows to be auditable, extensible, and scalable across various applications.
Gradually introduce buyer-facing functionalities that enhance client value while reducing CS workload.
Create and maintain a sustainable operating rhythm—managing backlogs, prioritizing tasks, conducting stakeholder program reviews, preparing launch checklists, and measuring post-launch outcomes to ensure consistent execution and impact.
