Xero is seeking a Product Manager based in London (7 Devonshire Square) to guide both new and established products from concept through ongoing improvement. This position plays a key role in shaping product direction to support small business success, balancing customer satisfaction with commercial outcomes. The Product Manager steers the full product lifecycle, from initial research and development to delivery and continuous enhancement, always with an eye on measurable results.

Role responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring each stage aligns with Xero’s global strategy.
  • Tackle complex challenges by finding practical solutions and making informed decisions, with support from product leadership.
  • Measure success using both customer and commercial metrics.
  • Build strong partnerships across teams to keep products aligned with long-term company goals.

Team collaboration

Xero’s product team values diverse perspectives and close collaboration. Team members work together to develop and execute product roadmaps, plan releases, and manage requirements such as privacy, security, and responsible data use. Regular internal connections help ensure products stay on track with strategic priorities.

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps reflecting company strategy
  • Coordinate with the broader product team on release and launch plans
  • Manage non-functional requirements, including privacy and security
  • Lead annual and quarterly OKR processes to set clear product success measures
