Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Product Manager to spearhead the development and expansion of our product offerings. In this pivotal role, you will define the product vision, conduct thorough market research, and drive initiatives that resonate with customer needs and align with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, will be crucial in bringing innovative products to market. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills coupled with a profound understanding of market trends, user behavior, and product lifecycle management. Previous experience in fintech or technology-driven sectors is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Identify customer needs and market trends through in-depth research and data analysis, assess market competition, and benchmark products against competitors.
- Product Strategy & Development: Recommend scope and direction for current and future product lines, analyze proposed product requirements, and prepare ROI analyses.
- Go-to-Market & Growth: Partner with sales leadership to craft strategies for market share growth and create comprehensive plans for product launches.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Generate short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and reports to respond to management inquiries with actionable insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed through professional development and contribute to team success by supporting cross-functional initiatives.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in fintech or technology product management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
